Version 8.0.7 Has Been Released

Today we are announcing the release of systems@work Version 8.0.7 for Infor SunSystems, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Business Central, SAP, Coda, Workday and NetSuite.

Version 8.0.7 provides a number of enhancements and functionality improvements to expense@work, time@work and forms@work.

ENHANCEMENTS IN THE CORE SOFTWARE

• 6043       You can now prevent self-reassignment of an employees own form in the "Reassign To Me" queue.

• 6042       A new field Default Status has been added to Expense Type and also added to the hierarchy for the Default Status evaluation.

• 6041       A new Suppress for Proxy option is available on Form Import

ENHANCEMENTS IN THE APP

• 6044       You can now tap to show the contents of a disabled Activity Analysis (Not Validated) in a message box to improve readability.

BUG CORRECTIONS IN THE CORE SW:

6040       Header analysis are now retained when a form is submitted with warnings and a selectable routing choice is cancelled.

6039       Improved robustness of Destination column sorting in Import Profiles to avoid any failures.
‍

6035       Upgrades to version 8.0.0 no longer updates Import Log File paths for all Export Profiles.
‍

6030       Validate button now operated correctly.

BUG CORRECTIONS IN THE APP:      

6037       Corrected Selection Tool opening issue caused when closed via pulling down.

6036       Forms no longer crash when SubForm is absent.
‍

6034       On iOS, the attachment upload area is now enabled after switching from a Project that disables attachments to a different Project that has attachments enabled.

6033       Corrected an issue whereby if "Suppress Auth. Modification" is enabled for a Form Type, then the authorising employee cannot access or view the Attachment detail page in the mobile app.

6032       Improved the robustness of Form and Timesheet saving in cases of poor connectivity quality.
‍

6031       Task are now filled when a Form is created via an AI Assistant.
