Cordevalle Hotel, a luxury resort in northern California, will implement forms@work for invoice registration.
forms@work uses intelligent data extraction technology to obtain key data from invoices without the need for templates, automatically filling form fields with data such as invoice number, value, due date and supplier name.
The software also learns the relationship between fields such as supplier name and supplier code so that additional field values (supplier code, cost centre, commodity code, etc.) can be derived automatically.
Following approval workflow, forms@work generates journals for your accounting system, whether SunSystems, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Business Central, SAP, Coda or Netsuite.
